As a Market Research Senior Associate on the Insights team, you will translate complex customer and consumer signals into clear, actionable insights that shape strategy across the business. In this high-visibility role, you’ll lead qualitative and quantitative research projects and vendor partnerships end-to-end—synthesizing findings, identifying compelling insights for business partners, and championing the voice of the customer. Your impact will promote smarter decisions, elevate customer experiences, and showcase your project management skills, as well as your passion for research and consumer insights.
Job responsibilities
Understand the goals and needs of project stakeholders, while centering the goals and needs of end users
Select and manage research vendors to deliver projects on time and on budget
Manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrently
Synthesize research findings and create relevant, revealing, and inspiring reports
Prepare presentation materials for senior management
Deliver recommendations with confidence and consideration for diverse stakeholders
Champion the voice of the customer within the business and across functions
Play an active role and contribute to strategy discussions
Escalate project issues and risks appropriately, and drive them to resolution by proactively identifying potential obstacles and solutions
Identify and document best practices, and drive implementation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
4+ years of experience in market/consumer research
Independent and self-motivated; able to create structure and direction out of ambiguity
Experience managing projects and project teams, and working with stakeholders and research vendors to achieve shared objectives
Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
Analytical and conceptual thinking; ability to understand systems and processes
Proactively seeks guidance, clarification, and feedback from others
BA/BS degree required
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Master’s degree in Marketing Research or a related field
