The Store Manager is responsible for driving retail sales and fostering a caring customer experience through effective team leadership. They must also manage all operational aspects of the store, including payroll, inventory, merchandising, and event planning.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of retail management and customer service experience. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Our Store Managers are the key to providing this ‘caring team’ atmosphere not only for our customers but for the staff that work for them. We expect our Store Managers to show initiative, be decisive and collaborate with our organizational leadership to deliver to their sales and customer service objectives while managing all operational aspects of their store in an efficient and seamless manner.
