Calendar and Logistics Management: Manage highly dynamic calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across analysts, investors, executive leadership, and internal stakeholders including ownership of logistics, expenses, documentation, and preparation and submission of expense reports with precision
Earnings and IR Cycle Coordination: Support quarterly earnings processes, including scheduling, logistics, preparation timelines, and coordination of internal and external stakeholders
Meeting Preparation and Briefings: Prepare detailed briefing materials, investor profiles, call notes, and presentations to ensure leadership is fully informed and prepared for all engagements
Investor and Analyst Engagement: Maintain awareness of key analysts, investors, and market participants, ensuring interactions are handled professionally and with strong attention to detail
Event and Roadshow Coordination: Plan and execute investor conferences, roadshows, and leadership meetings, managing all logistics with precision and confidentiality
Executive Communications and Coordination: Draft and manage communications and serve as a liaison across finance, leadership, and external stakeholders
Tracking and Execution: Monitor IR deliverables, follow ups, and action items to ensure deadlines are met and commitments are executed seamlessly
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within investor relations, finance, or corporate environments
Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, executive logistics, and high volumes of scheduling activity
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and strong professional judgment
Proven ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Investor Relations, FP&A, or CFO organizations
Familiarity with investor relations activities, including earnings cycles, analyst calls, and investor engagement
Strong interest in financial markets, corporate performance, and business strategy
Experience working in a publicly traded or highly regulated company
Experience coordinating investor events, roadshows, or external facing executive engagements
Experience with tools such as Concur, SharePoint, SAP, Deltek Costpoint, or similar enterprise systems
Experience operating in a global or complex corporate environment
