The Process & Change Management group for Retail Operations is accountable for the overall change approach, roadmaps, and implementations of both internal and partner led initiatives. This role will support the Retail Account Services portfolio. The Business Specialist is accountable for providing business identification and consultative support relative to the development, analysis and identification of process changes. The incumbent will proactively analyze and recommend enhancements to the existing business processes; clearly communicate rationale and negotiate solutions which will enhance operational effectiveness and the client experience.
