The District Manager oversees the operations of 4-6 restaurant locations, ensuring General Managers meet performance expectations and maintain a positive culture. They are responsible for P&L review, conducting on-site quality audits, and managing the recruitment and development of management staff.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and either 1-3 years of Jersey Mike's experience or 5 years of QSR experience. Open availability for nights and weekends and a Serv-Safe Food Handler certification are required.
