Provides administrative and clinical leadership to nursing staff while ensuring comprehensive patient care and continuity of care across various agencies. Manages daily clinic operations, including staffing schedules, payroll, and the supervision of ancillary healthcare staff.
Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a current RI RN License. A minimum of three years of nursing experience in hospital, public health, or community health settings is required.
This supervisory position provides administrative support in the absence of site manager and requires strong organizational skills, leadership ability and clinical nursing knowledge. Works collaboratively with providers and health care staff to provide comprehensive patient care and promotion of patient health across the life cycle. Works with other healthcare facilities and social agencies to provide continuity of care.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates and/or Bachelors Degree in Nursing from accredited school of nursing or college required. Current RI RN License required. Minimum of three-years of nursing experience in hospital, public health or community health required. Previous supervisory experience in charge nurse role preferred.
