The Admin Patient Care Supervisor is responsible for the overall administration of the hospital during second and third shifts, weekends, and holidays. They manage hospital operations while serving as a clinical resource for the nursing staff to ensure quality care.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Rhode Island with CPR certification and obtain NRP and ACLS certifications within one year. A Bachelor's degree is required, while a Master's degree is preferred.

Using a great deal of initiative and creativity, the Admin. Patient Care Supervisor is primarily responsible for managing the hospital while serving as a clinical resource for the nursing staff. The incumbent must demonstrate an understanding of and a commitment to quality health care for Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island.
Specifications: Masters Degree preferred, Bachelors degree required or proof of academic achievement toward Bachelors degree. Current licensure with the State of Rhode Island as an RN. Must have and maintains CPR certification. NRP ACLS certified within one year of hire date.
