The Medical Director provides leadership for utilization management and quality improvement programs to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery. They are responsible for conducting clinical reviews, managing provider relations, and ensuring adherence to established medical policies and standards.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree with a valid PA medical license. A minimum of 5-10 years of clinical experience is required, with a strong preference for managed care experience and board certification in relevant specialties.
