The IT Service Desk Manager will oversee a third-party service desk provider to ensure high performance across APAC regions. They will also collaborate with global peers to develop and implement the IT Service Desk strategy and roadmap.
Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience in IT service desk management, specifically with outsourced providers. An ITIL certification or equivalent service management qualification is required for this role.

Your primary focus will be to drive the overall performance of our Service Desk in the designated regions, participate in the global Service Desk Strategy & roadmap with peers from our lead office.
