The Sourcing Analyst will manage end-to-end strategic sourcing processes to support the deployment and scaling of Wing's global drone delivery network. Candidates must have 3-6+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain development, or supplier management. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is required, along with strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Wing is looking for a Sourcing & Procurement Analyst to join our Strategic Sourcing team based in Palo Alto, California. You will leverage your experience to deliver significant value to key stakeholders by managing the end to end strategic sourcing process, ensuring process compliance, and executing on Wing’s goals to scale services rapidly.
In this role, you will support the sourcing team, which enables the deployment, scaling, and operation of Wing’s drone delivery network by sourcing the infrastructure, logistics, and operational service partners required to launch and operate sites globally. You will partner closely with Launch, Field Operations, Engineering, and Network Planning teams to develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier ecosystems that support the build-out and operation of Wing’s network across multiple markets.
What You’ll Need:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is the salary range below + bonus + equity + benefits. Wing’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.
