The Manager of Revenue Operations oversees end-to-end billing processes and collection efforts while acting as a subject matter expert for billing attorneys and leadership. They are responsible for implementing firmwide billing best practices and maintaining efficient revenue-related procedures to support financial objectives.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and have at least seven years of cumulative experience, including five years in complex accounting. Strong knowledge of billing systems, accounting principles, and excellent communication skills are required for this role.

The Manager – Revenue Operations is an integral part of Latham’s Revenue Operations team. This role will be responsible for leveraging their knowledge and experience of billing and revenue management procedures and policy to contribute and support the firm’s revenue operations objectives, while overseeing end-to-end billing process in the practice office(s), including billing and collection efforts, leading the team in participation in various revenue-related campaigns. This role will be located in our New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
