The role involves translating client business needs into strategic PR campaigns and providing high-level counsel on branding and crisis communications. Additionally, the Associate Director will lead internal teams, coach colleagues, and manage relationships with influential media outlets.
Candidates need 7-9 years of PR agency experience with a strong background in media relations and team leadership. Proficiency in the fintech or financial services sectors and experience in crisis communications are preferred.
