Lead the visual execution and art direction for campaigns, branding, and social media from pitching to final delivery. Collaborate on video production by creating visual treatments and overseeing the production house to ensure quality control.
Requires a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma. Candidates must be available for a 3-month full-time commitment and possess excellent communication skills in Vietnamese.
- Collaborate closely with the team from pitching to execution to define project scope, creative requirements, visual style, and art direction.
- Develop strong visual concepts and ensure consistent art direction across all deliverables (campaigns, social media, branding, presentations, etc.). Act as the main force of visual execution and be responsible for quality control.
- Present visual strategies to internal teams and clients in a clear, compelling manner.
- Independently create high-quality graphic designs including social media content, key visuals, posters, brochures, pitch presentations, and brand collaterals.
- Translate ideas into polished digital executions aligned with approved concepts and visual direction.
- Participate in ideation and visual development for video productions such as TVC, Brand Film, TikTok/Meta/Youtube video content.
- Build visual treatments, look & feel, key visual references and storyline/storyboard for shoots.
- Follow up the Production House’s work to ensure alignment with the defined art direction across production and post-production (shooting, editing, color grading, motion, etc.).
Highly responsible, proactive and responsive
Portfolio showcasing diverse design work (especially KV, campaign art direction, social media, branding, and marketing materials)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
Strong understanding of concept development, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects
Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese; English is a plus
Available immediately for a 3-month full-time commitment
