About Flamingo
Flamingo is an award-winning body, hair, and care brand delivering high-performance, thoughtfully designed products at an accessible price. Since launching in 2018, we’ve become the #3 player in women’s shave in the U.S. and expanded our assortment to offer products for every routine: razors, wax steps for face and body, shave gel, and body lotion. Our products and campaigns have been covered by Vogue, Vanity Fair, Elle, and InStyle, and we’ve won major beauty accolades from Allure and Essence. With a mission to empower women, Flamingo is committed to partnering with nonprofit partners working to help women and girls build healthy relationships with their bodies and has helped connect over 200K people to quality mental health and wellbeing resources.
Flamingo is part of Mammoth Brands, the modern CPG company behind category-leading brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. Driven by a mission to “Create Things People Like More,” the company is creating a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives and ultimately change the status quo. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. Mammoth Brands is committed to making a positive impact and donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date.
We build brands that move fast and think big — and we hire people who are curious about AI, willing to experiment with it in their day-to-day work, and excited to accelerate what's possible. We prioritize giving our team the tools, training, and space to build real fluency, so you grow alongside the technology and help shape how we use it.
About the Team
The TikTok Shop and other social commerce channels are at the forefront of both marketing and commerce for Mammoth Brands. In this role, you will manage a high performing team to grow our entire social commerce ecosystem: setting the creator, content, product, and platform strategy, owning creator outreach and engagement and managing the commerce platforms (starting with TikTok shop) for Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume and Mando. We believe social commerce is one of the fastest-moving and most culturally connected channels in e-commerce today. We are investing materially to drive a step function change in scale for our brands and looking for a leader to take our brands to the next level. This is a team that moves fast, thinks big, and takes pride in being the internal experts on a channel that the rest of the organization looks to for what's next.
About the Role
In this role, you will drive the entirety of our social commerce efforts. You will own the channel's full P&L, growth strategy, creator and affiliate programs, livestream commerce, merchandising, and operational performance. This role sits at the intersection of culture, commerce, and performance – and requires someone who can set the strategic direction, set strategy and aligned vision with senior leadership cross-functional partners, build the systems and team needed to scale, and drive results day in and day out.
You will work closely with Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Social and Integrated Comms, Digital, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Own the TikTok Shop Growth Strategy & P&L
Set the vision, strategy, and multi-brand roadmap for TikTok Shop, grounded in a sharp perspective on where the platform and social commerce are headed
Own the channel P&L across four brands – managing GMV growth, customer acquisition efficiency, margin, and omnichannel halo impact
Build and maintain forecasts, KPIs, and reporting infrastructure in partnership with Finance and Analytics; present channel performance and strategic direction to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Identify and size growth opportunities across new formats, creator segments, product categories, and platform capabilities
Build and Scale Affiliate & Creator Strategy
Set the strategic framework for creator partnerships across tiers, segments, and niches – balancing creator performance, content quality, and commission optimization
Lead the test-and-learn creator model that focuses on high-volume, conversion-driven performance
Oversee briefing and messaging strategy, ensuring creators are equipped with important points of difference by brand and hero product value propositions
Build scalable, repeatable processes for creator onboarding, sampling, content testing, and performance evaluation
Lead Shop Strategy and Merchandising
Drive product assortment, virtual bundling, pricing strategy, and promotional architecture across all four brands, with a social commerce-first lens that influences long-term assortment decisions
Lead TikTok SEO strategy – ensuring PDPs, video titles, captions, and content are optimized for TikTok's native search, AI-generated search summaries, and Google Search indexing
Leverage platform capabilities including Shop Ads, subscriptions, CRM tools, and promotional levers to maximize conversion and retention
Measure in-platform and omnichannel performance at the product and brand level to continuously inform creator and merchandising strategy
Own LIVE Commerce
Develop and own the LIVE commerce strategy across brands and partner closely with agency/internal teams to execute
Drive continuous improvement on LIVE-specific conversion metrics and integrate LIVE into the broader channel performance framework
Drive Operational Excellence Across Cross-Functional Teams
Partner with Supply Chain to build demand planning processes that keep TikTok Shop inventory healthy and in sync with creator and campaign activity
Partner with Finance to manage ad spend, sampling budgets, commission structures, and retainer programs within ROAS guardrails
Partner with Brand and R&D to identify exclusive product opportunities and ensure channel activity is synergistic with price pack architecture across all marketplace and DTC touchpoints
Work closely with other Growth leads to monitor cross-channel performance and maximize overall ROAS
Lead and Develop the Team
Manage and develop a team of TikTok Shop Managers and growth assistants, setting clear goals, priorities, and a high performance bar
Act as a coach and mentor, developing the next generation of commerce and growth talent within the organization
Represent TikTok Shop with clarity and conviction in cross-functional forums, executive reviews, and planning cycles
Stay Ahead of the Curve
Serve as the internal authority on TikTok platform trends, algorithm updates, commerce features, and AI-powered tools
Track shifts in consumer purchase behavior on the platform – including the growing role of search intent, community-driven validation, and authentic creator content over polished production
Regularly benchmark competitor activity and emerging formats to ensure Mammoth Brands stays at the leading edge of social commerce
Lead the discovery and launch of future social commerce platforms beyond TikTok Shop — with a focus on channels where creator content and community drive the purchase experience.
This should describe you:
You thrive in environments where you set audacious goals and have the opportunity to set strategy, deploy resources and drive a team to run at those goals
You live and breathe TikTok and social commerce – you understand both its culture and its commerce mechanics deeply
You are a performance-oriented entrepreneur who obsesses over P&L and finds creative ways to grow it
You have killer creative instincts and know how to develop messages that cut through – paired with rigorous, data-driven decision-making
You are equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute
You have a proven track record of cross-functional leadership, owning results, and setting strategy with conviction to senior stakeholders
You are an organized, forward-thinking leader who builds systems that scale
You are a passionate coach who develops high-potential talent
You may have experience in personal care, beauty, or CPG, but not neccessary
You take your work seriously, but don’t take yourself too seriously
You likely have 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, growth marketing, influencer marketing, or social commerce and 3+ years of leadership experience in a people management role
Who you will work with:
Report to the Head of Growth Marketing
Work side-by-side with best-in-class Performance Marketing teams
Manage a team made up 3 direct reports, and x growth assistants, and external agencies
Benefits and perks
Medical, dental, and vision coverage
401k match
Equity in Mammoth Brands
Flexible time off and working hours
L&D stipend
4 weeks sabbatical after 5 years, 6 weeks after 10 years, and 8 weeks after 15 years
20 fully paid weeks off for parents who give birth, or 16 fully paid weeks off for all other paths to parenthood
Fun IRL and virtual events including happy hours, team building events, and parties on our rooftop
Free products from our family of brands
