The Licensing Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to staff to ensure foster home recruitment, licensing, and compliance meet regulatory standards. They monitor performance, conduct coaching, and collaborate with system partners to support foster families in a trauma-informed manner.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work or a human services field along with 1-3 years of directly related experience. A valid Tennessee driver's license and residency in Tennessee are mandatory requirements for this position.

Thompson’s continuum of care encompasses three domains: prevention, mental health services and foster care. All Thompson programs are trauma-informed and evidence-based/evidence-informed with the intention of building resilience in our clients (ages 0-18) and their families, both virtually and in person.
