The Director of Business Development is responsible for growing service lines by developing and retaining referrals from physicians and other key sources. This includes implementing marketing plans, analyzing market demographics, and managing staff to meet revenue goals.
A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree preferred, alongside at least five years of healthcare business development experience. Candidates must have at least one year of supervisory experience and a valid driver's license.
