The Role:
As the Account Director (Integrated, Social-first), you will support the delivery of large-scale, integrated campaigns for a consumer tech brand within a collaborative WPP inter-agency model. While social-first in thinking, particularly across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. This role spans brand, influence, content, and paid media touchpoints to help deliver cohesive, multi-channel campaign ecosystems.
You will report into the Integrated Business Director and work closely with them to help lead a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day project management and delivery of major campaign workstreams. A key part of your role will be supporting the translation of brand and campaign strategy into actionable content ecosystems, ensuring ideas are clearly structured, well-managed, and set up for scale and consistency across social, influencer, brand, and wider media channels.
You will play an important role in helping bring the brand’s cultural ambition to life through big, idea-led campaigns, supporting the coordination of talent and creator partnerships where relevant, and ensuring all work is delivered in a way that is culturally resonant, strategically aligned, and platform-native in execution.
With a strong understanding of social media and integrated campaign delivery, you will help ensure ideas move fluidly across channels, connecting social storytelling with broader brand platforms, influencer collaborations, and paid amplification. You will also support the development and rollout of campaign toolkits, content playbooks, influencer frameworks, and delivery guidance, ensuring effective execution across internal teams, markets, and external partners.
This role requires a highly organised, proactive account lead who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, bring clarity to multi-workstream campaigns, and maintain momentum across fast-moving, high-profile work. You will be equally comfortable managing day-to-day delivery detail while supporting the broader strategic direction set by senior leadership.
Ultimately, you will act as a key operational and client-facing anchor within the account team helping ensure ideas are delivered seamlessly, workstreams are well-coordinated, and campaigns land with clarity, consistency, and impact across all touchpoints.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about social-led thinking, with proven experience supporting the delivery of large-scale integrated campaigns across multiple channels in fast-paced environments, and a strong track record of keeping complex, cross-platform work on track from briefing through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

· Be commercially focused – Oversee financial management, including fee/scope tracking and profitability. Ensure projects meet financial targets and contribute to the agency’s success.
· Be the team guide – Oversee project execution. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, empowering them and helping them grow and succeed.
· Be a role model – Set the standard for collaboration, accountability, and resilience. Inspire teams to deliver their best work, even in high-pressure situations.
· Be the connector between strategy & delivery - Drive your projects with confidence, ensuring they deliver on client objectives from strategic development to creative execution and production. Lead strategic discussions, questioning and refining strategies to ensure they are robust and aligned with your clients’ goals.
· Be the external face of the agency - Own all client-facing elements, including scopes, presentations, and communications, ensuring alignment with both client and agency goals.
· Be the advocate - Advocate for your account’s needs within the agency, ensuring it receives the resources and attention required to succeed
