As a Lead Technical Program Manager- Chief of Staff Services, in the Corporate Sector- Infrastructure Platforms Foundational Services at JPMorganChase, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. In this role, you will be a foundational member of a team responsible for implementing connectivity strategies across the organization, while being directly responsible for creating structures that enhance coordination in our teams and people. The team – Business Enablement & Transformation Services – focuses on enabling, contributing and being catalysts for change. We manage and maintain the connective tissue between our strategy and goals across the FS portfolio of platforms, technical services and experience products and accomplish this by engaging and supporting our firmwide stakeholders and colleagues. Job Responsibilities
Works across organizations and teams to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio operations and change initiatives
Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices
Drives adaptation and modification of our functional and managerial framework to ensure cross-organization priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized
Implements a domain-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
Develops and executes comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
Identifies and mitigates risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
Utilizes advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identifies areas for improvement, and implements data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Champions agile delivery practices and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives
Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
Practical, proven exposure to AI workflows and tools showing tangible benefits
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
