A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least four years of progressive accounting experience are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal skills are essential, while a Master's degree or CPA license is preferred.

The Senior Accountant is responsible for the accounting and financial statements for multiple properties as well as the review of other properties. Senior Accountants might train and/or coach Property Accountants and are also expected to complete special projects as assigned.
