Responsibilities
Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire offers multiple inpatient and outpatient programs designed to meet the needs of every patient, no matter the issue. From our inpatient adult, to our outpatient partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, our continuum of care can provide the treatment necessary to move our patients toward a more independent future.
The Performance Improvement (PI) and Risk Management Coordinator supports hospital-wide Risk Management and Quality/Performance Improvement initiatives under the direction of the Director of Performance Improvement & Risk Management. Key responsibilities include active participation in program fidelity committees, conducting chart audits, and managing data collection, entry, and reporting through spreadsheets and tracking tools. The position assists with incident investigations as needed and provides operational and administrative support to the Director of Risk/PI to ensure effective program execution and compliance.
Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications
