Your mission

1. Trade Marketing & Commercial Execution

• Promotion & Kit Planning: Own the integrated online and offline promotion calendar. Conduct rigorous monthly promotional analysis and translate insights into strategic action plans. Manage kit set planning, local packaging design (including Finished Goods and kit set) and materials replenishment cycles.
• Visual Merchandising & POSM: Drive localized adaptations for physical retail touchpoints and marketing events, including Roadshows, Point of Purchase (POP) displays, Planograms (POG), and managing tactical sampling initiatives (e.g. Instore Sampling).
• Retailer Sell-In: Spearhead the preparation and submission of comprehensive new item sell-in forms to secure prime listing, commercial buy-in, and maximum visibility with major retail partners.

2. E-Commerce & Business Planning

• Drive EC Growth: Accelerate e-commerce productivity and scale the digital channel relative to traditional brick-and-mortar retail, focusing on key platforms including our brand eShop, mobile APP, ShopBack, HKTVmall, MNS.com and iWatsons.
• Ecom Asset Management: Oversee the end-to-end local adaptation of e-commerce assets, ensuring optimized digital merchandising across thumbnails, promotional banners, and Product Detail Pages (PDP).

3. Digital Marketing

• Campaign & Platform Maintenance: Coordinate monthly trade advertisements and drive regular websites updates to ensure product details and promotional messaging are accurate, fresh, and aligned with commercial focus points.

4. Brand Strategy, Performance & Budget Tracking

• Ensure strict local adoption of the brand image, core messaging, and corporate values across all retail environments.
• Provide active feedback on local market trends, competitive shifts, and retailer needs to contribute to global and regional brand strategies.
• Monitor, measure, and analyze the performance of omni-channel campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and optimize marketing ROI.
• Participate in drawing up, tracking, and managing the department’s commercial budgets.
