The Operations Analyst will manage daily back-office functions, including position reconciliations, trade capture, and accurate Profit and Loss reporting. They will also collaborate with internal teams and external brokers to ensure regulatory compliance and support the firm's growth into new products and markets.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in financial markets with deep knowledge of trade flow and settlement processes. Proficiency in Equity Derivatives and technical skills such as SQL, VBA, or Python are highly regarded.
Susquehanna is looking for a Operations Analyst to join our Hong Kong office. As a Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for helping the day to day running of the back office for Susquehanna. This will entail position reconciliations, ensuring trades are captured in an efficient and timely manner and positions are accurate and reconciled to external brokers, produce accurate daily Profit and Loss, and ensure a strong control framework throughout the complete trade life cycle, whilst support the growth of the organisation.
