The Site Supervisor manages the overall operations of an after school or day camp site, including staff supervision and participant relationships. They are responsible for implementing curriculum, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with YMCA and funding agency standards.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in an educational facility with staff supervision. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and pass a Level II fingerprint background screening and drug test.
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Site Supervisor is responsible for the complete program management of a particular after school/day camp site. The Site Supervisor is responsible for the overall operations of their after school/day camp site including; participant and parent relationships, organizing and administering files and records necessary for the program, supervision of staff, creation of program activities, collecting fees and keeping track of supplies.
