The Assistant Nurse Manager coordinates patient care and flow in the Emergency Services department while providing clinical leadership and mentoring to staff. They ensure regulatory compliance and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Candidates must have a nursing degree, active Florida or Compact RN licensure, and at least 2 years of related experience, including experience as a Charge Nurse. BLS is required, with PALS and ACLS certifications necessary within one year of hire.
Job Summary
