Serve as a senior interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on program status, deliverables, change management, and issue resolution.
Drive continuous improvement in program management tools, processes, metrics, and best practices to support company growth and product commercialization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Program Management, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive program, project, product, or technical program management experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, advanced manufacturing, or complex hardware environments.

Demonstrated success managing complex programs with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, technical performance, and customer commitments.
Strong understanding of product development, manufacturing readiness, supply chain dependencies, quality systems, configuration control, and risk management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar program management certification.
Experience with aerospace certification, electric propulsion, battery systems, power electronics, aircraft systems, or highly regulated hardware products.
Experience scaling programs from prototype, development, or demonstration phase into production and customer delivery.
Experience implementing program management systems, dashboards, stage-gate processes, or portfolio governance practices.
