The Branch Manager is responsible for implementing growth strategies and providing exceptional customer experiences to increase retail branch and organizational growth. Key duties include supervising staff, managing branch budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building community relationships.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and at least 3 years of banking experience in new accounts and consumer lending. Preferred candidates possess 3 to 5 years of management experience within a financial setting.
The Branch Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve growth in the retail branch, as well as overall growth in the organization, through the provision of exceptional experiences.

This position will supervise designated Retail personnel.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such computers, fax machines, and phones.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 30 pounds.
The employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
