The Automotive Production Lead manages a team of hourly associates to meet daily production and quality targets within an Inspection Center. They are responsible for overseeing vehicle repairs, coaching staff, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, experience with computers, and a valid driver's license with a clean record. The role requires the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding shop environment.

Position Overview:
Automotive Production Lead is a front-line supervisor role, responsible for directly managing and developing a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to regularly achieve production targets.
