The Executive Chef is responsible for the entire day-to-day operation of the kitchen, including food quality, sanitation, and safety standards. Key duties include menu creation, managing food and labor costs, and supervising the training and development of kitchen staff.
Candidates must have a culinary arts degree or equivalent training with over 7 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years in a culinary management role. A valid State Food Handler’s License and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.
