Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division is currently seeking a Flow Coordinator (Outbound)-1st Shift at our Dallas, TX location! The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 per hour. The core hours are 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

The Flow Coordinator will utilize and coordinate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maximize efficiency and productivity of workflow for the distribution center. The Flow Coordinator will also allocate resources in multiple picking zones to ensure timely completion and flow of the picking and packing processes.
In this function, you will:
• Oversee outbound picking operations by efficiently releasing work assignments.
• Provide regular performance and productivity updates to the Team Lead, Supervisor, and Operations Manager.
• Balance multiple competing priorities, including workflow management, tracking tool updates, and responding to team member inquiries.
• Monitor and maintain the operational flow of the distribution center, ensuring a balanced workload throughout the shift.
• Manage open orders using a FIFO (First In, First Out) approach within the WMS system to optimize efficiency.
Basic Qualifications:
• High school Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year of warehouse or manufacturing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate’s Degree, or higher, in a related field of study (i.e Business, Supply Chain)
• Prior experience managing open orders within Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Position Success Criteria:
• Must have strong written and verbal skills, as the candidate selected for this role will interact with leadership and peers to communicate critical information daily.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability of multi-tasking and handling complex priorities.
• Must be able to develop and generate analytical reporting for leadership.
• Must be able to understand performance expectations and have the ability to maintain productive teams in all support processes.
