Lead the end-to-end development of a newly created centralized procurement department, including the team, processes, and technology stack. Partner with senior leadership to align sourcing initiatives with growth goals to drive cost savings and maximize value across 250+ gyms.
Requires 10+ years of progressive procurement experience and 5+ years of people leadership, preferably in multi-site environments like retail or fitness. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance is required, with a strong track record of implementing procurement technology platforms.

Are you a visionary builder who thrives on turning big ideas into reality? EōS Fitness is looking for a dynamic Procurement Director to step into a newly created, high-impact leadership position. This is a unique, ground-floor opportunity to architect, scale, and lead a centralized procurement function — building a best-in-class team, maximizing process efficiencies, and implementing a modern technology stack from the ground up.
Collaborating directly with business units and EōS leadership, you will align sourcing initiatives with our aggressive growth goals to drive cost savings, mitigate risk, and maximize value across our portfolio of 250+ gyms. If you have deep procurement expertise, strong leadership credentials, and a passion for transforming a department into a highly sought-after strategic partner, we want you on our team.
