Volkswagen of Corpus Christi, a family-owned and operated automotive dealership for over 16 years, is hiring an experienced Internet Sales & Customer Experience Manager (BDC Manager) to lead our Business Development Center (BDC). This hands-on leadership role manages automotive internet sales leads, CRM accountability, customer follow-up, appointment setting, and the daily performance of our BDC team.
If you have automotive internet sales experience, dealership CRM experience, enjoy coaching a team, and know how to turn leads into appointments, we'd love to hear from you.
