This position reports to the Plant Production Manager and is responsible for planning and directing the activities of production employees to meet production, inventory, safety, and quality goals.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position is responsible for the management of plant employees. This is primarily a 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM) position, but at times will need to cover other shifts as needed.
Knowledge and Skills
College degree and five (5) years technical manufacturing leadership experience or equivalent work experience.
Working Conditions
On occasion, this position performs work in a standard office environment. However, the majority of the time, this position is working in a manufacturing environment. The position will be required to wear appropriate eye, ear, face, head, hand and foot protection and is subjected to extreme noise and temperature variations, as well as strong scents. This position may travel locally, on occasion.
