The Director of Fixed Income Strategy will lead a team of analysts and traders to develop and implement fixed income strategies while overseeing research and portfolio management. They will also participate in the Investment Policy Committee and support wealth management sales efforts through actionable investment insights.
Candidates must possess at least 15 years of related experience and hold a Bachelor's degree. A CFA Charter is preferred for this leadership role.
