The Care Manager coordinates comprehensive care for members with complex medical, behavioral, and social needs, specifically focusing on the maternity population. Requires an Associate degree in nursing and a current, unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license. Candidates must have 3 years of clinical experience with maternity or labor and delivery populations.
