Manage competing priorities across stakeholder groups.
Partner with technical teams to drive solutions from proof of concept to implementation.
Support governance and reporting of the AI portfolio, driving adherence to standards.
Coordinate with teams across the bank developing related AI solutions to identify integration opportunities, avoid duplication, and leverage enterprise capabilities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
7+ years of demonstrated program and project management delivery with complex initiatives in a matrixed environment; experience operating effectively through influence.
Ability to independently manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift, and ambiguity is common.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication and executive presence.
Demonstrated ownership mindset with a track record of taking issues to closure and escalating when needed.
Proven ability to learn new business domains quickly and translate effectively between technical and business audiences.
Experience with and passion for innovation including GenAI and Agentic solutions; intellectually curious.
Experience using GenAI tools to accelerate your own work and create efficiency; strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Results-driven mindset; focused on delivering meaningful impact for our organization.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Track record of conducting business process discovery and translating findings into actionable solution proposals.
Exposure to data science, analytics, or modeling environments, with enough context to partner effectively with technical teams.
Experience scaling AI or GenAI solutions across large organizations.
Experience managing change across large teams; leads with empathy and builds trust through the transition.
Ability to define and report portfolio-level metrics that clearly communicate progress and impact.
