The Senior Program Manager will support the NC3 Sustainment Division by managing acquisition activities, monitoring cost and schedule baselines, and providing strategic recommendations. They are responsible for developing acquisition documentation, reports, and briefings for senior leadership while ensuring compliance with DoD policies.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience, with a preference for 10+ years in a DoD environment. A Top Secret clearance is required, along with comprehensive knowledge of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework and DoD acquisition lifecycle management.
Odyssey has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager providing support to Portfolio Acquisiton Executive for Nuclear Command, Control, Communications (NC3) Sustainment Division (NCL). The AFNWC/NC3 Integration Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA, with operating locations at Kirtland AFB, NM and Peterson SFB, CO. The NC3 Directorate’s mission is to provide support to the Program Acquistion Executive (PAE), the Deputy Director, Deputy AFPAE NC3 and staff for acquisition and administrative control of all NC divisions, branches, and programs.
This position’s primary role will support program management activituues of the NC3 Sustainment Division.
This is a full-time position located at Peterson SFB, CO
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Clearance.
Education: BA/BS Degree
Years of Experience: 7 - 10 Years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Clearance/Access: ICD 704 Eligible
Education: MA/MS Degree
Years of experience: 10+ years in DoD/DoW environment, primarily supporting Air Force acquisitions programs
