The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing daily service department operations to maximize customer and employee satisfaction. This includes managing staff, driving service solution sales, and monitoring financial performance and KPIs to ensure profitability.
Candidates should have a high school diploma, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or management is desired. A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required or must be obtainable.

The Service Manager’s main responsibility is to proactively develop and manage the service department business and operations in a way that maximizes customer and employee satisfactions, as well as positively contributes to the business performance and overall company profitability.
