The role involves overseeing technical project specifications, quality requirements, and managing subcontractors' documentation. The candidate is responsible for budget proposals, progress reporting, and coordinating work teams to meet deadlines.
Requires a degree in civil construction and at least 3 years of experience in complex projects and team coordination. Candidates must demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
