You will manage the end-to-end delivery of technical and commercial proposals while coordinating with sales and operations teams to secure orders. Additionally, you will maintain customer relationships and ensure efficient execution of projects within the Emerson portfolio.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent and possess at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and computer literacy are required, with preference given to those with experience in process automation and CRM systems.
Ensuring understanding, managing and satisfying each requirement or expectation from customers or company’s partners through remote communication or site visits;
Taking ownership of the assigned Technical and Commercial Proposal and Order Booking scope delivery within Emerson Systems & Software Lifecycle Services portfolio, following the standard process;
Ensuring the innovative and efficient solutions are proposed;
Proactively applying methodologies, resources and techniques for minimizing the execution cost, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality;
Ensuring collaborators are proactively informed on the status or any challenges;
Acquiring, maintaining, and actively sharing knowledge and experience with the team and the more comprehensive organization;
Supporting on-the-job development of other Service Specialists;
Taking other responsibilities or tasks, including those related to Ethics and Information Security policies within the skills and abilities, whenever reasonably instructed. The business reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments in line with business requirements.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, in an Engineering field or similar;
2+ years of experience in a similar role;
Proficiency in English (written and verbal);
Computer literate (MS Office);
Experience in commercial and sales support activities;
Experience in process automation field for various industries;
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure;
Self-disciplined and autonomous;
Experience with CRM systems;
Proficiency in another European language
