The Quality Engineer II will lead critical quality initiatives, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive process improvements across aerospace manufacturing operations. They are responsible for maintaining the product quality and inspection system, including dimensional, metallurgical, and NDT processes.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Material Science and possess at least 3 years of quality engineering experience. The role requires the ability to work on-site in Cleveland, OH, and the capacity to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

About the Opportunity: We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team at Pursuit Aerospace’s Cleveland, Ohio forging operation. This site employs approximately 120 people, generates roughly $60 million in annual revenue, and plays a critical role in producing high-integrity forged components for aerospace applications.
As a Quality Engineer II, you will lead critical quality initiatives, ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and drive process improvements across aerospace manufacturing operations. You will have responsibility for maintaining a product quality and inspection system consistent with the plant’s quality policies and objectives including, but not limited to, dimensional, metallurgical, NDT and part traceability.
