A Brief Overview
The Senior Associate, HR Operational Excellence plays a key role in supporting HR's strategic priorities through strong execution, analytical problem-solving, and continuous improvement. This role contributes to transformation initiatives, enhances operational effectiveness, and helps translate strategy into actionable work across the Global HR function.
