A Brief Overview
The Senior Associate, HR Operational Excellence plays a key role in supporting HR's strategic priorities through strong execution, analytical problem-solving, and continuous improvement. This role contributes to transformation initiatives, enhances operational effectiveness, and helps translate strategy into actionable work across the Global HR function. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional who brings curiosity, strong critical thinking, and a bias for action to solve problems and deliver results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What you will do
Contribute to HR transformation and process improvement initiatives aligned with enterprise and HR strategy
Gather data, analyze issues, and support solution development and partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
Document and maintain processes, governance frameworks, and standards, promote scalable and consistent HR practices globally
Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and deliverables
Coordinate and build strong relationships across HR teams to advance key initiatives
Develop tools and materials that support execution
Deliver project activities on time and with quality
Communicate project updates, track progress, manage risks, and support issue resolution
Use data and insights to identify gaps and opportunities
Develop actionable recommendations based on analysis and contribute practical solutions that improve HR processes and employee experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
3+ Years of experience in HR, consulting, finance, accounting, operations, or project coordination roles required
Experience in one or more HR areas (e.g., Talent, Rewards, HR Operations) preferred
Experience working with data, reporting, or basic dashboarding tools preferred
Demonstrated ability to support projects, manage deliverables, and work in a fast-paced environment required
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail required
Effective written and verbal communication skills required
Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt, and take initiative required
Exposure to process improvement, transformation, or change initiatives preferred

Compensation Range:
$78,080.00 - $110,860.00 Annual
Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
