We’re looking for a Brand & Audience Growth Manager who can take great ideas, stories, and expertise and turn them into content people  want to watch, read, share, and act on.  If you’re energized by creativity, ownership, experimentation, and measurable results you may be exactly who we’re looking for. 

About the Role

This position is full-time and will lead content strategy, production, and audience growth for James Clinic. You'll work directly with Dr. Mollie James, turning her expertise, voice, and vision into compelling content across multiple platforms while ensuring brand consistency. 

What You'll Do

• Develop and own the content and audience growth strategy for James Clinic
• Work directly with Dr. Mollie James to capture and transform her expertise into high-performing content
• Turn one strong idea or production session into multiple pieces of content across platforms
• Lead short-form video, YouTube, podcasts, social content, email, blogs, website content, LinkedIn, and emerging formats
• Build strategies that grow qualified patient and physician audiences
• Use SEO and digital marketing to increase organic reach
• Test hooks, formats, thumbnails, editing styles, calls to action, publishing strategies, and new platforms
• Analyze performance and use data to determine what to scale, change, or stop
• Connect content performance to measurable business outcomes and lead generation
• Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice 
• Manage content calendars, production schedules, freelancers, vendors, and creative resources
• Collaborate with physicians, leadership, operations, and other team members to find stories and growth opportunities
• Ensure all content meets appropriate healthcare, privacy, HIPAA, and patient-consent requirements

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent demonstrated experience may be considered
• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, social media, audience growth, production, or a related field preferred
• Proven track record of growing an audience through organic content, with portfolio and performance data you can explain
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, editing, and creative judgment
• Strong video production and editing skills
• Deep understanding of social media, YouTube, SEO, email, analytics, and digital marketing
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum
• Data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on performance
• Self-directed, adaptable, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
• Experience working with a founder, physician, executive, or other principal strongly preferred
• Healthcare or wellness experience preferred, but not required
• Strong judgment, discretion, integrity, and attention to detail
• Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Chesterfield and Wildwood, Missouri
• Periodic travel to James Clinic locations in Ankeny and Chariton, Iowa
• Additional travel for events, productions, or business needs as required
• Occasional schedule flexibility for production days, launches, and time-sensitive opportunities
