Manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface.
Develop working relationships, solve problems, and drive projects to successful completion.
Manage the design process to meet client requirements and expectations.
Review project plans, specifications, and identify potential construction problems.
Oversee project timelines, risks, and reporting.
Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budgets on track.
Handle the change control process and monitor project finances.
Facilitate the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and communications.
Engage in marketing and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
A recognised degree in a technical field or Project Management.
Health experience is ideal.
Ambitious and outcome-driven.
Advanced Microsoft skills are essential; scheduling skills are highly regarded.
Excellent written and spoken English with report and bid writing skills.
Ability to take direction when required but also to work autonomously.
Highly motivated and passionate about delivering to clients.
