Are you an experienced real estate asset management professional looking for a role where you can be a meaningful contributor to a rapidly growing business and directly influence portfolio performance, tenant outcomes and long-term value creation?
Kinkora Investments is seeking an Asset Manager to join its team in a full-time role, reporting to the Head of Asset Management. This is a hands-on, commercially focused opportunity to manage a portfolio of office and industrial real estate assets and play a key role in optimising financial, operational and strategic outcomes.
You will act as a key link between property management, investment and finance teams, providing regular insights and feedback to the business on asset performance, risks, opportunities and strategic priorities.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful asset outcomes, contribute to strategic initiatives and work within a business where commercial judgement, stakeholder engagement and strong execution are highly valued.
