The HR Implementation Consultant manages the end-to-end implementation of HR modules while ensuring high-quality service and adherence to project deadlines. They facilitate client meetings, configure HR systems, and support users through training and testing phases.
Candidates must possess strong project management, analytical, and communication skills with a minimum B2 level in French. A solid understanding of client business organizations and the ability to work independently as well as in a team are required.
Job Summary:

According to his/her mission, the HR Implementation Consultant must manage all the required functional leadership activities related to the new customers’ implementation processes.
In addition, he/she will ensure that all activities are performed in a manner that meets ADP and/or client expectations and ADP Service standards.
