Performs basic tasks assigned in the area of accounting and simple finance processes, according to internal procedures and regulations, in an effective and efficient manner;
Performs accurate and timely the allocated activities;
Works on clearly instructed assignments with guidance;
Contributes with ideas and suggestions to improve personal efficiency / effectiveness;
Dedicated to the continuous improvement of own technical abilities and to assimilate new information from more senior colleagues in area of activity;
Ensures compliance with internal controls with regards to finance&accounting processes in the area of activity;
Provides information requested by the team lead/manager promptly, keeps data up to date and similar activities for the use by others;
Prepares input for decision making by others.
Your profile
Bachelor’s Degree: Finance and/or Business;
Relevant professional experience: 0-1 years professional experience in finance & accounting/Business;
Good understanding of key functional areas related to customer support processes;
Basic customer service knowledge;
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different type of requests;
Good customer service experience in managing maritime/ export process (logistics, including booking, documentation, and customs clearance processes) is considered an advantage;
Good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office;
Basic knowledge and understanding of related legislations/norms, internal rules/guidelines. Basic customer support knowledge and principles applied in Oil & Gas Industry;
Fluent in English (speaking and writing), French is an advantage.
