The Director of Solutions Consulting will lead and scale the pre-sales organization in Korea while driving strategic customer engagements and revenue growth. This role involves mentoring a high-performing team, managing complex enterprise sales cycles, and collaborating with product teams to influence roadmaps.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science and possess 8-10+ years of experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting. Strong expertise in CAD or PLM solutions and proven leadership experience in managing senior technical teams are required.

The Director, Solutions Consulting is responsible for leading and scaling PTC Korea’s pre-sales organization covering all PTC solution such as CAD, PLM, ALM and SLM. This role drives strategic customer engagements and revenue growth, leveraging deep expertise in product design and its lifecycle processes.
