Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, with a mandatory two years of Primecad experience and CAD proficiency. Candidates must have practical knowledge of wood frame construction, blueprints, and applicable building codes.

Summary
Manages and oversees facility's ELP Design function by performing the following duties.

Supervisory Responsibilities Directly manages the facility's ELP Design function. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
