Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field along with at least 12 years of progressive experience in construction cost estimating. Proven expertise in leading pursuits valued at $500 million or more and deep knowledge of various contract delivery models are required.

As Sr. Preconstruction Manager for PCL Construction Services, Inc. in US Head Office, you’ll have the opportunity to play a critical role in the successful completion of manufacturing plant construction projects. With a strong focus on cost estimation, budget management, and collaboration, this position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and effective communication. For those with the necessary qualifications and experience, this role offers a rewarding career path with opportunities for growth and advancement.
The estimated salary range for this role is $170,000 - $205,000, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
